We accept returns for Optimal Kleen products within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, all bottles that were included in your original order must be returned, regardless of whether they have been opened or used.
Please note that refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and inspecting returned items.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
